We recommend storing your chai in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dark place to prolong its life. Please do not store in direct sunlight.

Our Spices are key to our blends and we promise, you will be able to tell the difference immediately.  From the moment you open our blends, you will be greeted by the robust aroma and the beautiful colors of our spices.  Most of our spices have been hand picked directly from plantations in Kerala, India. 

To us, it was important that the ingredients we used in our blends came from the local plantations and farmers that take pride in their work to ensure quality and natural cultivation of these spices.  With no pesticides or artificial flavors, rest assured, you are enjoying the best nature has to offer!

Yes. Our facility handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, etc. While we follow strict cleaning and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from trace amounts of these allergens.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing the order. You can track your order status on the courier website.

In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers and our products being consumable food product, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Chai products, even if unopened. This policy is in place to safeguard the health and well-being of our valued customers. We also do not offer price adjustments.
