How Much Sugar Is In Your Chai?
All Our Chai products have no added sugar.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We blend in small batches to maintain product freshness and longevity, majority of our blends are made to order. We work on a 5-7 day turnaround time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are All Of Your Chai mixes Vegan Friendly?
Yes, all our Chai mixes are vegan friendly. Use your favourite alternative milk.
What If I Have An Allergy?
All allergens are on the packaging, our spices are blended in a nut-free environment, may contain traces of nuts as per usual ingredients.
Do you use any artificial colours, additives or preservatives?
No, we take a lot of pride in the fact that all our Chai mixes are all-natural and use no artificial anything. In fact, unlike many of the large manufacturers with instant Chai, we don’t even use any bulking agents like flours and starches. What you get is nothing but the highest quality pure spices.
Are your products gluten/ dairy/ nut free?
All the spices we use are gluten free, dairy free and nut free.
HOWEVER: they are currently packed in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy and nuts in a separate area from time to time.
