So, how can you make chai properly?
Get your blend right!
Firstly, you need a good quality chai (spices with tea) blend. You can purchase a good one from us. We take chai making really seriously and tasted about 50 different teas from India until we settled on a single origin, organic and fair trade tea leaf from the Assam region of India. We pair this tea with spices to create well balanced chai blends. We have a few different blends as everyone has a different spice profile. Much like how we all enjoy different pizza toppings or coffee types, we all enjoy different chai blends.

Let's get brewing!
Now that you've got your blend sorted, let's get brewing! Some essential items that you will need include:
- Chai brewing pot
- Chai strainer
- Spoon
- Cups to serve the chai in
Method (1 Cup):
- Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil.
- Add 1 Level TBSP of Chai blend.
- Simmer on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1/2 Cup Milk
- Bring to another boil [Double Boil].
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey or sugar if desired.
- Enjoy!
