CAFETIÈRE

(2 CUPS)

STEP 1

Add 2 TSP of Chai Latte blend, and 2 TSP of Assam Loose Leaf Tea (or teabags of choice) to your cafetière and fill with boiling water

STEP 2

Give the chai a gentle stir and let it steep for a total of 4 minutes

STEP 3

Heat half a cup of milk, either on a stove, microwave or steam wand

STEP 4

Slowly and steadily press the plunger down until it reaches the bottom. Do not press too fast, as this can force bits of chai through the filter

STEP 5

Pour the chai into your warmed up milk, add honey and/or sugar if desired. Enjoy!
