Kadak Chai is a strong, flavourful style of Indian tea that’s brewed with bold black tea leaves, milk, sugar, and aromatic spices like cardamom and cinnamon. The word “Kadak” means “strong” in Hindi/Urdu, and this tea lives up to its name—it’s thicker, creamier, and more intense than regular chai.
It is simmered for a longer time than usual chai, allowing the spices and tea leaves to fully infuse, creating a rich taste and deep aroma.
